Back then I looked like this respectfully:

I weighed roughly around 170 pounds. Constantly harping on myself. Low self esteem. Depressed. I wanted to change all that.
It took a long time because I never really followed a strict diet and exercise regimen.
But I did reach my goal before the first concert on April 16th!


One of the biggest things was the size of my arms which showed a definite difference after the few months.
Having made my goals I was so pleased, but I still feel after reaching this goal, I can go further. I don't feel I'm at the fitness level that I need to be still. So starting today I'm going back to focusing on my weight loss. Another 20 pounds and some toning. No more eating the crap that is everywhere around us.
And definitely NO soda.
After school today and after seeing my mom, the plan is to do the treadmill :)
Gonna make it an everyday thing. Or every-other-day thing. On the off days I may take a nice walk through my new apartment complex, or swim in the pool :)
It is going to happen again!
Once again, Lady Gaga and gyaru fashion are my inspiration to get fit <3
So I can dress cute, and dress wild.
(And get closer to my secret goal of being a Lady Gaga tribute artist.)
